Performance

The goals for the Performance objective include:

  1. The ability to properly and confidently squat, bend, lunge, twist, push, pull and walk/run without pain or dysfunction.  
  2. The ability to confidently perform activities of daily living without becoming easily fatigued and/or hurt. These activities include cooking, taking care of yourself, shopping, working, cleaning, playing with your children, caring for your children, driving, cooking, caring for family members, moving suitcases, carrying bags, standing and walking.
  3. Having a proper libido for your age and sex bracket. Being able to engage in sexual activity without pain and/or the use of medications.
  4. The ability for your body to perform in critical situations such as running to stop a child from stepping into the street, briskly moving down flights of stairs, running away from danger, carrying a small child, lifting an object off someone.
  5. Being able to participate and confidently perform in your activity/sport of choice in a mature (knowing your boundaries), non-addicted manner.
